Records the volume of the test fluid used, records the pressure at which the cylinder bursts,the volume of test fluid used between the time whenthe pressure starts to rise and at the time of bursting, or the difference between the volume of the cylinder at the beginning and the end of the test.
Apply a water pressure of 34bar to the cylinder to the specified pressure level for at least 30 seconds to detect any possible leaks, bulging, or deformation.
Measure whether the thickness of plastic powder on the surface of cylinder meets the standard.
After the cylinder body is completed, put it into the test pool and soak the cylinder body with water to test whether the cylinder leaks.
